We are seeking a Technical Sales person for our Lake Orion, MI office(working in office setting). The Technical Salesperson will promote and sell the advintec robot calibration and laser measurement product lines for the company.
Our TCP tool calibration system calculates and calibrates the robotic tools and fixtures in up ta six dimensions in the ongoing production process.
Our 6D Laser measurement system is used for robotic tin-racking systems and precision handling of parts through gripper and/or part measurement.
The selected candidate will create sales opportunities with new and existing customers, as well as, assist project managers when needed in building long-term customer loyalty.
Tasks / Responsibilities:
Meet budgetary sales goals through entire process: contact >visit>RFQ>Proposal>Negotiations>Payment Terrns>Delivery>1nvoicing>Payment
Update CRM Software with opportunities, contracts, new leads and sales, forecasts and yearly sales budget information
Promote all EPS products and services. Coordinate and be the liaison between all Product Groups regarding sales related opportunities
Communicate with Product Group Manager of any customer issues arid with the Quality Coordinator for any quality issues
Coordinate visits; provide knowledgeable communication & analysis of customer product and company
Research, seek out, and develop new cUstomer opportunities
Prepare, submit and follow up an customer quotes / proposals
Provide new cUstomers with proper paperwork to establish credit
Assist Admin with questions pertaining to expenses and invoicing
Support and assist accounts receivable with payment collection issues
Assist with marketing activities such as trade shows and conferences
Complete special projects and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Routinely visit with existing cUstomers to determine new needs for products arid ensure customer satisfaction
Share knowledge (teaching / learning) with others in Product Group in order to improve overall functionality of the team
Determine and communicate customer reporting requirements
Ccmtmuously expanding knowledge in fields related to robot arid metrology industries
Assist project Manager when needed in improving relations with customer
Expand networking throughout automotive and aerospace industries
Basic and Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in the robotic industry; metrology industry a plus
Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent listening and negotiation skills
Positive team player with an ability to maintain professionalism and great customer service skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
