We are governed by a Board of Trustees, comprised of 17 individuals including lay people and religious from throughout the United States, and we rely on philanthropy from individuals, organizations, corporations and foundations to carry out our ministry.

Our campus includes two gender-specific residential treatment centers on 105 tranquil acres, offering holistic programs based on the spirituality of the twelve-step recovery model and addressing substance use disorders, process addictions and compulsive overeating. Guest House is staffed by dedicated, licensed, certified, on-site clinical and spiritual professionals. We augment residential treatment with strong aftercare support programs and educational workshops. Successful long-term abstinence rates remain at the top of the recovery industry.

  1. Client health services - assure clients are capable of participation in the program and assure client has the knowledge and services need to improve their health.

  2. Assist RN with assessing health status of new admissions by means of client interview and review of previous medical records.

  3. Assist RN with treatment planning for immediate problems within 24 hours of admittance.

  4. Verify that confidentiality forms, releases, etc., are signed by client, and telephone requests are forwarded to the front desk.

  5. Assist RN with healthcare plan addressing current issues.

  6. Assist RN with updating treatment plans on a monthly basis.

  7. Ensure that Medical Director's orders are carried out for additional testing and treatment.

  8. Administration of medication is monitored according to program procedures. Ensure that clients receive all information regarding their medication including potential side effects, purpose of medication; and proper dose.

  9. Progress notes are timely and reflect status of problems and effectiveness of intervention.

  10. Attendance at clinical and support staff meetings where client health issues are reported.

  11. Ensure that clients are monitored for adherence to dietary and exercise plans; and that continued education and support is provided.

  12. Verify that client aftercare health needs are assessed prior to discharge. Ensure that recommendations and instructions are included in the aftercare plan and in the discharge summary.


    Current State LPN license. Minimum of two (2) years successful experience as a licensed practical nurse, preferably in a CARF accredited facility. Current CPR/AED Certification. Experience in chemical dependency and addiction treatment preferred. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
