We currently have a permanent, full-time Medical Assistant position available.
As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of patient care activities; such as taking vitals, performing EKG's, taking health histories, assisting with procedures, administering injections to all ages, cleaning rooms, as well as many other patient tasks.
Our Medical Assistants are clinical and do not do the administrative duties in our office.
We do not do venipuncture in office, as we have a lab located down the hall.
The best candidate will possess a desire to learn and an attention to detail.
Excellent attendance is a MUST.
Basic computer and typing skills are needed.
Must be able to take a blood pressure with a manual cuff.
