00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Insurance Responsibilities Our trimmers are required to use proper tools, equipment, and PPE to ensure uninterrupted, consistent production.
This individual must be able to evaluate the quality of each batch and strain to accurately trim the product and ensure the trim line is working in unison.
Each trimmer is required to trim a minimum of 2 pounds per 8-hour workday without compromising the appearance and structure of the product.
Trimmers hand trim sugar leaves and stems from the product using trim shears, not exceeding more than 10 seconds per bud.
Each trimmer is responsible for the quality of its completed weight and is to report directly to the Lead Trimmer.
Requirements A minimum of 2 years of trimming experience is required.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Visual acuity, depth, and color perception Ability to stand, squat, crawl, or twist Commitment to Safety Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Integrity and ability to work independently High school degree job.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
