We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician for our 2nd shift - 3:
00 PM - 11:
30 PM.
The qualified candidate will have a solid working knowledge of quality assurance disciplines and TS-16949, as well as experience with manufacturing processes and the ability to visually inspect parts for defects.
Must possess excellent problem solving, communication, group dynamics and Microsoft Office skills.
CQT is preferred.
Responsibilities will include:
Direct quality contact to manufacturing.
Will communicate and facilitate quality guidelines and standards.
Perform all Goods Inwards and Finished Product tests on raw materials and accurately record material data and test results.
Produce detailed technical reports when needed using Microsoft Office.
Accurately identify and store all raw material and final product in the retain files.
Perform prelaunch audits for all PPAP programs Carry out Laboratory Projects, as requested and Report all test results.
Monitor production runs/setups to verify all required quality checks are being performed and documented.

Perform daily inspections/error proofing of all manufacturing processes, as well as Receiving/Shipping.
Responsible for maintaining the QC hold/storage area.
Monitor employee evaluation programs as relating to Quality Assurance.
Train manufacturing personnel as appropriate.
Assist in the control of nonconforming product.
Assist in customer complaint investigation and verifying corrective actions.
Assist in developing work/process instructions.
Assist with the maintenance and calibration for all laboratory/production equipment.
