Responsibilities:
1.
Assist in the preparation and setup of work areas before remodeling projects.
2.
Safely operate tools and equipment required for demolition and construction work.
3.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
4.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
5.
Handle the removal and disposal of old fixtures and construction debris.
6.
Support the installation of new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and fixtures.
7.
Follow blueprints, plans, and instructions to ensure accurate installations.
8.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
9.
Be adaptable to on-site changes and adjustments as needed.
10.
Help with material handling, including loading and unloading supplies.
11.
Contribute to post-project cleanup and waste disposal efforts.
These responsibilities are crucial for ensuring the smooth and successful execution of kitchen and bath remodeling projects as an employee in the field.
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers license -Reliable transportation - Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (over 50 pounds) - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills - Strong attention to details Note:
