The base salary for the entry-level position is $30,000 Per year.
With added commission, may make up to $45,000 per year.

As an Insurance Sales Representative, your main responsibilities would include reaching sales goals, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service quality.
A Property and Casualty License and insurance experience are a must-have.
The base salary for the experienced position is $30,000 Per year.
With added commission, may make up to $70,000 per year.

00 per year Benefits Base Salary Plus Commission Base Salary Based on Experience Base pay for a newly licensed or inexperienced individual for their first year:
$30,000 (up to $4,000 per month for 3 months, then $2,000 per month).
With commission, may make up to $45,000 per year ($15,000 in commission).
Base pay for a licensed and experienced individual:
$30,000 (up to $4,000 per month for 3 months, then $2,000 per month).
With commission, may make up to $70,000 per year ($40,000 in commission).
Commission ranges from 6%-24% paid back to item #1.

Promptly contact the leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other sources through various communication channels (such as email or phone).
Prepare and present quotes to potential clients Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns.
Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
Close Sales Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols Requirements Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
Associates degree/bachelor's degree is a BONUS Property and Casualty License Required.
Willing to consider candidates with no insurance experience.
Will pay 100% for licensing.
Sales experience is a Bonus(phone sales, real estate, banking, inside or outside sales, luxury retail sales, collection agencies, car sales, lenders, servers, bartenders) Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software.
Proficient typing/data entry skills.
Showing professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
