This position offers flexible scheduling and will provide a work-life balance, as sessions are ONLY scheduled between 8:
30am-3pm Mon-Fri.
No evenngs or weekends! Our ideal candidate will manage a caseload of 5-7 clients, provide supervision to behavior technicians, run parent coaching sessions that meet and/or exceed insurance requirements and assist in daily center management operations.
Our new BCBA will exhibit empathy and compassion for all staff and clients and will be a team player; with the goal of helping staff and clients reach their maximum potential.

Responsibilities:
Intake/Assessments/Re-assessments Treatment and Behavioral plans Written parent coaching protocols Data analysis for trends / plan modification Functional assessments / functional analysis Procedural integrity / IOA observations.
Weekly supervision case presentations Communicate with clients, parents/guardians, and ability to coordinate care across a variety of providers Job Requirements:
Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis/Psychology/Special Education Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Job Types:
