Modern office setting Growth opportunities Our company is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, speaking to contractors, and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, and strong communication skills.
We are looking for a go-getter.
Someone that is asking questions about what is next versus having to be told what to do.
Always thinking ahead, and willing to do a wide-variety of tasks as needed.
There may be some driving involved (ex.
bank deposits, etc) but this will all be reimbursed if it is for work purposes.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Provide administrative support to the executive team.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate travel arrangements and other personal items for executives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Strong Excel skills are required.
Assist with special projects as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
