We have witnessed our lead instructors and location managers earn up to $70,000-$80,000 in their first year, enabling them to purchase their own homes and secure a bright future.

During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to meet our team, ask questions, and experience a day in the life of a Cosens Martial Arts staff member.

If selected, you will undergo martial arts business training, sales training, and classroom management principles training, which will develop you into a world-class instructor.
As part of your training, you will be trained as a martial artist 2-3 times a week, enabling you to achieve the best shape of your life.
The Location Assistant position, which starts at $16-$23 per hour, requires no prior martial arts experience.
We hire for attitude and character, and if you are a match with our culture, we will train and prepare you to someday take on a full-time position.
As you progress, you will be promoted to the Location Leader position, which offers a base salary starting at $40,000 per year.
With profit sharing included, your total pay will range from $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
This position requires prior martial arts and coaching experience and comes with 4 weeks of paid vacation and a minimum of 6 days of PTO (Paid Time Off).
